This flavoursome coffee has notes of chocolate, orange and caramel.

This coffee comes from the Ayarza region, located in Santa Rosa.

The defining feature of this beautiful area is a lake formed from the crater of an extinct volcano, called Laguna de Ayarza. As a result of this 20,000 year old crater, the local area is rich in volcanic soil and supports a number of coffee producers.

The local climate also helps to produce fantastic coffees, with warm days and cool nights.
