Welcome to the Ruvuma region, nestled in the Mbinga District near the eastern shores of Lake Nyasa.

Renowned for its fertile, igneous rock-derived soils, Ruvuma is one of Tanzania's top coffee-producing areas.

𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗸𝘂 𝗔𝗺𝗰𝗼𝘀 - Established in 2020, Namku Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Society is a dynamic group of 330 members. The cooperative runs its own washing station and is dedicated to environmental stewardship by minimising pollutant release, monitoring wastewater and advocating for afforestation to promote sustainability.
