We use Australia Post for most of our express shipping and charge a flat rate of $12.00
Spend $35 or more on Coffee beans and we will send it as standard shipping to you for FREE anywhere in Australia.
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your item(s).
* While 90% of our deliveries fit within the 2-5 business day delivery estimate, Western Australian, Norther Territory and remote areas may attract longer shipping times (5-10 business days).
We make every effort to ensure we provide the fastest delivery times possible and at the best possible price.
Delivery times above are estimates only. Delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not the date orders are received and refer to business days not calendar days. We make every attempt to ensure all deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames above however sometimes events occur that are out of our control. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
If requested, we will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels.
While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with delivery companies who we believe will do their best to deliver products in the best condition and by the estimated delivery date.

The following apply to these Terms and Conditions
Card Number means the identification number that appears on the Gift Card.
Fox Coffee means Fox Coffee ABN 46 733 930 432 of 3 Ellison Rd, Geebung 4034, Australia.
Expiry Date means the date specified on the Website for each Gift Card expiry after which the Remaining Card Value on any Gift Card will not be available for redemption.
Gift Card means any plastic gift card issued by Fox Coffee Roastery that you have purchased or received for.
Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, your email address and payment details.
By using or attempting to use a Gift Card, or by making a transaction enquiry or exercising any right to redeem value loaded on a Gift Card, you:
Where and what for can Gift Cards be used
The Gift Cards can only be used at Fox Coffee Roasters, situated at 3 Ellison Road, Geebung 4034.
No Gift Card can be used for:
purchases initiated by phone, email, post or fax; Service ATMs; bill payments, including credit card accounts and store accounts; and purchases of gift cards.
There may be a delay with the Gift Card activating in the system once loaded. During this delay, the Gift Card cannot be used for purchases or transaction enquiries.
Purchases with your Gift Card
Select goods or services at Fox Coffee Roaster with a Gift Card and take them to the point of sale. The point of sale will instruct you to present your Gift Card. The transaction will be completed when the balance has reduced on your Gift Card. No change will be given. Any Remaining Card Value can only be used in whole or part against future purchases.
You agree that we can reduce the Remaining Card Value by the value of all purchases of goods and services that are authorised by you.
Transactions are authorised by you by:
presenting your Gift Card and then allowing an operator or other person to enter the card number, at an electronic point of sale terminal at Fox Coffee Roasters; orgiving a Participating Retailer details of the Gift Card and authorising the transaction in some other way approved by that Retailer. When you authorise a transaction:you are confirming that the transaction correctly represents the purchase price of the goods or services obtained; andyou are agreeing to pay the amount of that transaction by the reduction of the Remaining Card Value.
Purchases exceeding the Gift Card value
Your Gift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the Remaining Card Value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Remaining Card Value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
No cash advances
You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem your Gift Card for cash.
Validity and expiry of Gift Cards
Your Gift Card will be valid for use until the Expiry Date. Any Remaining Card Value that remains on a Gift Card after the Expiry Date will not be available for use. To check the Expiry Date of your Gift Card, which will be 3 years from your purchase date, or call (07) 3216 2318
or visit in-store.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards
Treat your Gift Card like cash, lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Faulty or damaged Gift Cards
A Gift Card will only be reissued if it is proven to be faulty or damaged as a result of the production process or otherwise due to the fault of Fox Coffee Roasters.
Destruction of Gift Card with no value
Once the Remaining Card Value is completely used, destroy the Gift Card by cutting it in half diagonally. Your Gift Card cannot be reloaded.
Can I exchange my Gift Card?
You cannot exchange your Gift Card for a different type of Gift Card or for another tender, cash or discount.
Can I cancel my Gift Card?
No, you cannot cancel your Gift Card.
Checking your Gift Card balance and transaction history
You can check the Remaining Card Value, Expiry Date and transaction history at any time by asking someone at the counter in store, or by calling (07) 3216 2318. For balance enquiries by phone or online, you will be required to enter both the Card Number and Name prior to getting access to the card information.
Exchanging items purchased with a Gift Card
Goods that are purchased solely, or in part with a Gift Card may be exchanged or returned subject to the exchange and returns policy Fox Coffee Roasters.
Exchange and returns policy may include the issue of cash, Gift Cards or a discount.
Your Gift Card, your responsibility
You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.
to add or remove goods or services which may be purchased with the Gift Card;for infrastructural, systems, administrative or operational reasons or to prevent the occurrence of fraud or other unlawful or unacceptable conduct;to comply with any contract, law, regulation or statute or order or judgment of any court, tribunal or other body having competent jurisdiction; orwhere we, acting reasonably, consider that it will not be to your detriment.
Errors and complaints
If you have reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to your Gift Card, you should call (07) 3216 2318. Any complaints about goods or services purchased with a Gift Card must be resolved directly with Fox Coffee Roasters.

If you have an existing Fox Coffee Subscription, you will need to login via Manage my Subscription. Once logged in, you you can view and change your subscription details including:
- Updating billing and credit card details.
- Updating shipping details.
- Amendingproducts in your subscription.
- Changing the frequency of the subscription delivery.
Coffee is packed and dispatched every business day from our Brisbane warehouse. Your subscription will be activated on the date you commence the schedule.
Your first payment will be charged on the day of initial purchase. Each subsequent payment will be dependant on your subscription frequency.
$4.95 for Coffee bean orders under $35. Shipping is free for orders over $35 (1kg or more coffee beans).
Yes. Subscriptions make the perfect gift and all you need to do is fill out the recipient's details in the Shipping information.
Yes. Simply log into your accountand place your subscription on hold. We recommend that you "skip" your next order, especially if its within a week of pausing. You can restart your subscription at any time without any additional charges or fees.
Yes, we know sometimes coffee deliveries can mount and you may find you have an oversupply of coffee beans! So as part of our subscription service you have the option to skip a delivery as required. Simply log into your account and choose the option to skip your next delivery. The subsequent delivery will process and be delivered as per your original schedule.
Great! Simply log into your accountand update your preferred frequency, coffee selection or size at any time. You can switch your blends or Single O's in addition to the size you subscribe to at any point. We do however recommend that if your order is within 1 week of dispatching you pop us an email so we can ensure all details have updated successfully.
Simply log in to your Fox Coffee account and cancel your existing subscription. Don't forget if your next order is within a 5 day period to "skip" this before cancelling. This is just an extra caution to prevent any of your orders dispatching accidentally.
We unfortunately lack the capacity to carry all of our coffee beans options in store 100% of the time.
This is due to our size as a business and the ability to keep our promise of giving you the freshest coffee beans possible.
We fit these select orders into the day's coffee production run, where they are roasted and packed to order.
Because of this, we do need a bit of time to fulfill these orders. We will always have them ready for in-store collection the next business day and will send them out the same day if ordered before 1pm.
It allows us to extend our range and offer you some wonderful products without the risk of the coffee sitting, going stale and then unable to be sold.
‘Click and Collect’ is available with all of our online products and is available to be collected next business day (when you receive the ‘pick up ready’ email)
Fox Coffee is focused on reducing our environmental impact and creating a sustainable business for our team, community and communities we engage with across the world.
As a result we have various green inititiaves in place and many planned to support these goal. Some initiaves include:
- Providing coffee grounds to local gardeners and community garden clubs to use
- Recyling all milk plastics and cardboards
- Installation of Solar Panels
At Fox Coffee we believe in long term and therefore sustainable relationships with the coffee producers we work with via importing partners. We lock in multi-year pricing which gives all parties certainty and, importantly in the present day, the ability to ride the waves of the market with comfort. It also enables us to access the best quality coffee so you know you will be getting delicious blends all the time.
A risk identified in purchasing
green coffee includes the presence of foreign material, i.e. pebbles or small stones that weigh and look like a coffee bean. While producers and processing plants become more and more sophisticated in sorting and filtering out these materials, there is no 100% fail safe way to ensure this occurs in every instance. If materials do make it past the processor's inspection and sorting systems, roasteries may detect these items using destoners and visual inspections. Fox Coffee have procedures in place to minimises the risk even further, however, foreign material may be present in bags of roasted coffee on very rare occasions. As such, we encourage all customers to inspect their whole beans prior to grinding.
