This is our house decaf from Huila, Colombia, processed using a gentle sugarcane decaf method. In the cup you get toffee, chocolate and caramel with a rounded body and a clean, sweet finish.

No buzz, no sacrifice. Just proper coffee that happens to be decaf.

Does it actually taste like real coffee?

Yes. Cana Dulce is chosen and roasted to taste like a classic Fox chocolate driven coffee. Deep sweetness, soft acidity and a rich, smooth body. Most people would not know it is decaf unless you told them.

How is it decaffeinated?

This coffee is decaffeinated using a natural sugarcane process. In simple terms, caffeine is removed with a compound derived from sugarcane, rather than harsh chemicals. The flavour stays intact, the buzz does not.

Roasted and dispatched all week

We roast Cana Dulce with the same care as our regular blends, five days a week, and dispatch orders daily. Every bag is stamped with the roast date so you can see exactly how fresh it is.

We can grind it for you

No grinder at home? No problem. Choose your brew method at checkout and we will grind to suit on our commercial grinder. Not sure what to pick? Espresso grind will work well for most machines and stovetops and can still be used in a plunger.

Why this decaf costs what it does

You are paying for high quality Colombian coffee that has been carefully decaffeinated, shipped, roasted and cupped like everything else at Fox. It is the decaf our own team drinks, so it has to be good enough for them first.
