Wild Arabica plants still grow in these ancient cloud forests today, exactly as they have for centuries, tended by smallholder farmers who hand-pick every single cherry. No chemicals. No pesticides. No shortcuts. Just coffee grown the way it has always been grown in the place it all started.
What's Washed Process? After picking, the fruit is completely removed from the bean before it's dried on raised beds in the Ethiopian sun.
