Ethiopia Shentawane Sidama (Espresso)

From the highlands of Sidama’s Bensa district, this natural-processed coffee is full of energy and expression. Grown by smallholder farmers on tiny family plots, cherries are delivered by hand to the Shentawane washing station—where they’re carefully sorted, weighed, and processed before drying on raised beds.

At 1,900–2,100 MASL, the altitude brings clarity and sweetness, while the natural process layers in fruit depth and body. The result is a Grade 1 Ethiopian that’s as vibrant as its origin: clean, complex, and unmistakably Sidama.
