This microlot from La Paz, Honduras is a naturally processed Yellow Bourbon that brings cooked plum, cooked grapefruit and mellow toffee together in one juicy, layered cup. There is bright, playful acidity up front, gentle sugary sweetness through the middle and a soft, clean finish that keeps you reaching for another sip.

Natural processing adds extra depth and fruit without getting wild or funky, so you still get clarity alongside all that flavour.
