Summer Gather Blend (Espresso)

Meet Gather Summer. Our fruity, a little bit wacky espresso for the warm weather.

This edition is built for bright days, iced coffees and long afternoons.

We have paired a washed Colombian from Cundinamarca with a natural lot from Sakoko in Timor Leste, then roasted it for espresso so you get all the juicy summer flavour in a short, punchy shot.

From Cundinamarca you get the structure. High altitude washed Arabica with gentle sweetness and a tidy finish.

From Sakoko you get the fun. A naturally processed micro lot from smallholders in the Ermera mountains, dried carefully on raised beds for big fruit and candy like sweetness.

Flavour notes

Juicy citrus. Pink marshmallow. Rich summer fruits.

Think bright, sweet and playful with enough body to still feel like a proper espresso.

How it drinks

As straight espresso you will get a lively, fruit driven shot that still finishes clean.

In milk you can expect a strawberries and cream style vibe rather than classic chocolate. It also makes a very fun iced latte or long black over ice.

Gather Summer is meant to be fruity and a little wild compared to our core blends. It is for people who like their espresso to taste like summer fruit and sweets, not just chocolate and nuts. Still sweet, still balanced, just turned up in a different direction.

Roasted and dispatched all week

We roast five days a week and dispatch orders daily, so your Gather Summer spends more time on your bench than in our warehouse. Every bag is stamped with the roast date so you can see exactly how fresh it is.

We can grind it for you

No grinder at home? No problem. Choose espresso grind at checkout and we will grind to suit home machines and stovetops on our commercial grinder. If you are running a slightly longer shot or an iced long black, the same grind will still play nicely.
