Summer Gather Blend (Espresso)

Our Christmas Gather flew out so fast we had to bring summer forward.

This edition leans into bright days, iced coffees and long afternoons.

We have paired a washed Colombian from Cundinamarca with a natural lot from Sakoko in Timor Leste, and the result is pure summer in the cup.

From Cundinamarca in central Colombia you get clean structure and gentle sweetness from high altitude washed Arabica grown in the Andean foothills, known for balanced cups with fruit and caramel notes.

From Sakoko in Timor Leste you get the fun stuff. Shade grown and farmed organically by tradition, this natural micro lot comes from smallholders in the high Ermera mountains and is processed at Railaco Station, where cherries are dried carefully on raised beds for clarity and sweetness
