Meet Wander. Our seasonal filter blend for people who love a good adventure in the cup.

This release brings together two beautiful Ethiopian coffees from Sidama — Gara Agena (washed) and Shentawane (natural).

In the cup you will find raspberry, apricot jam, pecan and a juicy, elegant finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Is this only for filter?

Yes. Wander is roasted specifically for filter brewing so you get sweetness, clarity and a clean finish. V60, Kalita, batch brew, Aeropress or even a gentle plunger — that is where it really shines.

How does it taste?

Think bright but not sharp. Juicy raspberry and apricot jam sweetness with a soft pecan like nuttiness underneath. The finish is clean and refreshing, not sour or funky.

Roasted and dispatched all week

We roast five days a week and dispatch orders daily, so your Wander spends more time on your bench than in our warehouse. Every bag is stamped with the roast date so you can see exactly how fresh it is.

We can grind it for you

No grinder at home? No problem. Choose a filter grind at checkout and we will grind Wander to suit pour over, batch or Aeropress on our commercial grinder. If you are using a plunger, filter grind will still work nicely.

Will it be too “specialty” or weird?

Wander is definitely on the fruity, modern side, but it is still Fox at heart. Sweet, juicy and easy to drink, with no harsh acidity or wild ferment flavours. Just a lively, elegant filter coffee you can enjoy every day.

Limited seasonal release

Wander changes through the year as we bring in new harvests and origins. This Sidama edition will not be around forever, so if you like the sound of it, grab a bag while it is pouring.
